Job Description
Safety Audits Checklist Implementation in all ware Houses
1) Coordinate with all ware houses commercial officers and ensure strict compliance of daily, weekly and monthly safety checklists to be implemented.
2) Coordinate with all ware houses for timely conduct of safety audits and ensure audit reports to be submitted by 15th of every month.
3) Gathering and analysis safety checklist data for mock drills conducted in different ware houses and reporting the findings and observations for improvements and trends on monthly basic.
4) Gathering and analysis safety checklist data for electrical audit conducted in different ware houses and reporting the findings and observations for improvements on monthly basic.
5) Ensure safety checklists for MHE to be implemented in all ware houses and report observations on monthly basic.
6) Ensure racking checklists to be implemented in all ware houses and report observations on monthly basic.
7) Collect data from all ware houses report all incidents including near miss on ESS portal and ensure proper investigation to be carried out for all incidents and Maintain data of incident trend analysis.
8) Prepare the monthly safety report and share to all DCMs with analysis of data, area of improvement and current trends in safety.
9) Prepared topics for tool box talk and ensure all ware houses implemented the tool box talk.
10) Coordinate with vendor for implementation of model ware house in terms of safety in all regions.
B) Conduct External Audit and Closing observations
11) Follow up and prepare schedule for conducting external safety audit in different ware houses on monthly basic.
12) Publish audit findings to ware houses and follow up for closing of all critical observations within 40 days' time from the publishing of the report.
13) Make summary of good practices in safety implemented in different ware houses and share with all for horizontal implementation across all ware houses.
14) Ensure that safety induction program to be given all new employee in ware houses and maintain the data.
15) Ensure the maintenance of Firefighting equipment's like fire extinguishers, water mists refilling's, fire alarm system etc. and ensure all FE, water mist, fire hydrant to be in working conditions.
16) Coordinate with ware house and Ensure bare minimum safety requirement to be maintained in the all ware houses.
17) Ensure availability of PPE at ware houses.
18) Prepare Samarth training schedule and ensue training to be conducted periodically.
C) Statutory Requirement
19) Maintain the statutory requirements related documents for all ware houses.
20) Highlight the deviations in statutory requirements for all ware houses.
Ware house Infrastructure Capex projects
A) Maintain MHE Operational (up time 90%)
1) Coordinate with all ware houses and maintaining master data of MHE across all ware houses in PAN India.
2) Monitor break downs records and down time reports of all MHE for all ware houses in PAN India.
