Job Description
Brief Description of Roles and Responsibilities :
- Adherence to laid down system and process wrto Safety , Environment and Quality
- Preparation of Budget for own work area
- Adherence to Annual Maintenance Contract , Preventive & predictive maintenance Schedule , Statutory Schedule , Calibration Schedule
- Shutdown Planning
- Management of Spares
- Development of New vendors
- Adherence to Purchase process
- Energy Management
- Monitor SFC and SPC levels
- Development of solution for energy saving , Improvement of Productivity , reduce fatigue etc
- Planning and execution of Projects in time
- Equipment Upgradation or New System Installation
- Oversee equipment upgradation or installation to ensure easy & better operation
- Manage equipment use to ensure effective utilization of CAPEX
- Liaisoning
- Maintain cordial working relationships with statutory agencies and ensure compliance to all applicable laws
- Operation of Utilities
- Monitor utilities regularly to ensure there are no stoppages due to utility issues
- Equipment Up keep
- Analyze & resolve issues to enhance production cycle time
- Manage store & spares to ensure optimum level of inventory with less cost
Brief decription of knowledge and skills required:
HT/LT operations, operation of transformers, DG sets, maintenance and operation of VCB/ACB, control panels, relay panels, MCC, PCC, PDBs, LT Motors, lighting systems, VFDs, motor starters.Knowledge of flame-proof motors and their selection.
Experience in synchronizing DG sets and transformers,Knowledge of control circuits and PLCs preferred,Knowledge of HVAC preferred
Experience Details:
Preferred industry of experience: Automobile (Standards department), chemical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Heavy Electricals (Maintenance department)
No. of years of experience : 2 to 6 years
Qualification:BE/B.Tech Electrical
Age:Max 31 years
