Qualification:-
M.S.C / B.S.C / PhD. Microbiology
Experience in managing labs
Exceptional experience in industrial microbiology, with microbial control expertise in biotech manufacturing systems.
Experience: -
Above 10 years.

Job knowledge: -
Knowledge about fermentation inoculum preparation.
Job Description: -
· To ensure the implementation and maintenance of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards and all day to day checking of records like clean room monitoring, sterilization records, etc. related to microbiology and microbiological testing.
· Monitoring and preparing the trend through environment monitoring plan through various methods.
· Preparation of the SOP's and Protocol related to equipment’s for microbiological area, as well as their validation and calibration of it as per the frequency and maintenance of such instruments.

· Procuring the required material for the microbial testing and environmental monitoring.
· Identify and implement processes to support the QC Monitoring of Site Utilities and Facility
· Support product lot release in a timely manner thru data release.
· Lead QC Microbiology EM team to sustain a scalable group to support commercial expansion while ensuring processes provide high quality support for Operations
· Champion Lean Lab implementation and drive a culture of Operational Excellence in the team.

· Support the implementation of Rapid Microbiological Methods (RMM)
· Provide Leadership, management, training and career coaching for QC Microbiology EM staff
· Author, implement, and review changes to controlled documents.
· Assist in the preparation of dossiers and data packages for interactions between Bills and Regulatory agencies. Interact with agents from Regulatory agencies during on site audits.
· Responsible for staff training.
· Provide updates at daily and weekly meetings
· Represent the team in global Working Teams and actively participate to meet global Quality goals.
· Other duties as assigned.

· As the chief microbiology expert, addresses QC and MFG investigations, microbial control strategies along with leading the QC microbiology team to provide on-going support to ensure the success of manufacturing of biologics at the site.
