CTC range : ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
Skills required : QA, Calibration of analytical Instruments, QC, Qaqc, Calibration Schedule, Quality management system
Roles and Responsibilities
- Is required to work in shift & Support the in-process, finished goods sampling & analysis in shift operations.
- Developing and implementing SOP for carrying out required analysis, operating & maintaining testing equipment.
- Accountable to ensure the Operation and Calibration of analytical Instruments as per laid down procedure.
- Prepare all instruments Calibration Schedule, Instrument History card and servicing follow up.
- Managing all documentation & data relating to Quality and Process, Inspection, Analysis of all Raw Materials, Additives and Final Product of this company
- To support QA / QC manager to implement & comply all Quality management system, ISO system at factory shop floor.
Ensure sample retaining & Housekeeping of the QC lab.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Masters/ Graduate degree in Organic Chemistry preferably analytic Chemistry from a good university & minimum work experience of 2 to 4 years in chemical Process industry or master batching industry, preferably solid / powder material.
- Handling sophisticated instrument like IR, Spectrometer & X-ray Spectrometer,
- ISO Internal auditor will be added advantage.
