Job Description
* Ensuring seamless canteen operations.
Communication with vendor on operations
* Quality of food
* Canteen and Kitchen Hygiene.
* Manpower grooming
* Maintaining Data and Reports
* Ensure smooth functioning.
* Well versed with operations of various equipment’s and utensils used in Industrial Kitchens.
* Added advantage :
Other admin allied Services like.. Event Management, transportation, horticulture, security, scrap Mgt, Pantry,Housekeeping etc.
* Candidates having Experience working with Hotel / Restaurants industry in F&B will be good.
* Must have knowledge about hygiene, F & B norms as per Government regulations.
*Good Communication Skills
* Must be well Versed with using MS Office
@ Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.
@ Experience 2 years to 5 years.
