Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Execute field activities as per work orders issued by NOC for network performance and customer complaint management
2. Action on the table tickets for network complaints by identifying the source of issue 3. Supervise RF optimization related activities
3. Visit customers, conduct surveys and provide feedback on network coverage
4. Conduct acceptance test process to build the network
5. Supervise activities related to deployment conducted by respective vendors
6. Upgrade link capacity for sites with more than 70% exhaustion
7. Trouble shoot faults related to router and replace faulty hardware
8. Configure L2 switch to connect access points and enhance network at new nodes
