Follow schedules and timely implement daily Instrumentation maintenance activities in the concerned areasExecution of plan to maintain all instruments life, DCS & PLC system of CA in highly corrosive environment/fluidCheck and report preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for eliminationImplement the PM activities as per the schedule.Refer Chronic problems to superiors and concerned for advice and remedial measuresCommunicate and get organized necessary resources like material & manpower for uninterrupted & timelycompletion of Instrumentation maintenance jobsTimely preparation all relevant reports & MIS.Execution and coordination with technicians & Contractor with available materials & spares.
*Should have good exposure in Caustic chlorine & in Chemical industry.*
