Interview Data Loading ...Coromandel International Limited is hiring for the position of Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sulphuric Acid Plant for Visakhapatnam location.
Basic Qualification – BE/B Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years for engineering graduates (Experience in production of Sulphuric acid will be given priority)
Requirements:
1. Experience in handling the operations of sulphuric acid plant in shifts (Sulphur based or spent gas based) and other sulphuric acid associated activities like Sulphur handling, storage tank area handling, tankers handling, etc.
2. Should have knowledge about the work permit systems, environment management system etc.
3. Should have knowledge about systems like PSM, 5S, TQM, OSHAS, ISO14001 etc.
4. Should have experience in handling the team of operating crew and guiding them in troubleshooting of Sulphuric Plant(s)
5. Plan, direct and coordinate with maintenance departments and with other plants to execute the jobs in the shift and to achieve the production as per the target.
6. Should ensure the export/import of sulphuric acid to/from other units and handles the tankers independently in the shift.
7. Should maintain the specific consumption of water, steam generation and other chemicals within the norms.
8. Should report plant data time to time as per the direction of reporting manager/section head.
