What you’ll do- Maintain all process information documents like P&ID, PFD, Interlock List etc.- Ensure that all changes have been implemented in all the documents and on site- Implement improvements w.r.t Catalyst, Process Efficiency, to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime of plant- Impart Training of Process Lines to operations team and functional teams- Work hand in hand with operations team for efficient and productive operations- Ensure that plants run at design capacity and ascertain Aarti Standards of HSEQ are adhered- Monitor Process Line updation w.r.t to assets
[ads id="ads1"] - Ensure that permit system is followed in the plant and JSA has been performed thoroughly- Monitor product quality on daily basis and identify gaps and action plan to optimize them- Initiate Management of Change procedure for proposed modification with the respective Plants teams- Conduct PSSR while ensuring all the points have been thoroughly checked for proposed modification with the respective Plants teams’- Make modifications keeping aesthetics of plant in proper conditions- Acquire complete knowledge of ERCP guidelines and responsibilities- Ensure standardization of waste handling procedures on site- Inculcate "safety first" behaviour in plant to ensure "zero safety incidents- Follow up with R&D on process improvement initiatives- Ensure samples are withdrawn as per sampling plan- Develop material and energy balance calculations and maintain its records Roles and Responsibilities
