• Induction and orientation of HR processes to all new entrants • Manage all statutory compliance activities
• Liaisoning with government authorities • Manage contract workforce, housekeeping, horticulture, security and transportation arrangements
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Generate HR metrics and reports to support decisions
