PRODUCTION CHEMIST

Qualification : Diploma in Chemical Engineering /B, Sc, - Chemistry.
Salary: Max up to 5.50 LPA
Experience :3 to 6 years in Batch chemical plant with DCS operation
(Agro & intermediate plant will be preferred).
Candidate must have hands on experience of Reaction, Autoclave,
Hydrogenation, Distillation / MEE operation, Filtration & maintain process
parameters, filing of BPR, log sheets, safety compliances, trouble shooting.
AND Awareness about |SO 9001, 14001,45001.
SHIFT IN CHARGE - PRODUCTION
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. in Chemical. Salary : Max up to 7.00 LPA
Experience : 4 to 8 years in Batch chemical plant with DCS operation
(Agro & intermediate plant will be preferred).
Candidate must have hands on experience of Working Knowwedge of
operation of Reactors, Ejectors, pumps, columns, blowers, safety valves and
control valves, Exposure in preparing SOP's, Experience in DCS/PLC based
control systems, and Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001,45001.
ASST. FOREMAN - UTILITY
Qualification : ITI - RFM.
Experience:6to 10 Years of experience.
Handing operation of cooling towers, air compressor, N2 plant, brine chillers,
thermic fluid treatment. Sufficient knowledge of operation, maintenance &
rectification of issues in routine operation. Heater & water chillers including
cooling water.
ASST, FOREMAN -MECHANICAL
Qualification : IT|- Fitter.
Experience:6to 10 Years inexperience.
Knowledge of all kind of maintenance activities in chemical process plant,
mainly maintenance of reactors, agitator, columns, centrifuge, ANF, utilities
equipment and MEE. Ablity to perform conditioning monitoring and
identifying the issues. Possess repair, install, replace, and service different
systems & equipment.
