Fixed Term Employees (FTE) & Fixed Term Associate (FTA): Candidates should be between 18 years to 30 years of age with a minimum 1 year of industrial experience or 1 year of apprenticeship in any industry. For FTEs, candidates should have studied ITI (fitter, electrician, wireman, diesel mechanic, turner and instrumentation) and for FTAs, candidates should have done Diploma Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical.
