DSP Section Head: M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology and 12-18 years ofhands on experience.

Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:
Operating with large scale chromatography systems and columns, AKTAsystems, Axichrom and Chromaflow columns.
Packing and unpacking large capacity columns.
Operating large scale TFF systems (preferably 30 Sq. meters and above).Scaling up chromatography and TFF operations and understanding associated
challenges.
Various filtration techniques (Nano-filtration, hollow fiber-based filtration)and analytical data analysis.
Maintaining chromatography systems, columns, media, TFF systems and TFFmembranes.
Large-scale volume buffer preparation and understanding CEHT and DEHT.
QMS documentation (CAPA, change control. deviation & RCA)
Regulatory requirements for manufacturing and testing, validations and postapproval changes.
Candidates would be responsible for leading a team of over 10 members and a
should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a biotech plant. They shouldahave comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing Biosimilar products likeAdalimumab, Bevacizumab, Rituximab and Trastuzumab.
Preference will be given to the candidates meetingabove criteria.
