POSITION: Department Head - Process Engineering
Function: Process Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and project execution/Technical drawing interpretation:
Taking care of Management of Change (MOC) - Reviewing, Designing & Implementation
Dreving Site Capex of CAP & VAP-Designing, technical discussion with the parties/suppliers, facilitating engineering team in implementation.
Technical Support for all CAP & VAP plants to achieve productivity & quality targets
Ensure energy audits are conducted by external parties & managing it's implementation at site.
Identifying innovative schemes for manufacturing excellence in the area of Productivity/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Safety & Moral (PQCDSM)

➤Planning, Budgeting, Cost Control & Synergies:
To study and prepare the P&B scheme of the plant and timely implementation of various CAPEX schemes through co-Support and prepare annual budget with FH Process Engineering in alignment with various customer needs considering EVA targets
Achieve budgeted norms of engineering i.e. power consumption, Enforce Standard Operating Procedures Identify potential cost saving areas and implement improvement plans. Maintain technical synergy amongst various Group units, Make optimum utilization of Group resources
➤ System Management (Safety, Sustainability & ISO):
Direct and monitor to ensure adherence of statutory compliance related to Safety, Health and Environment & Sustainability. Ensure implementation of systems like IMS, WCM procedures and ISO
Ensure implementation of periodic sustainability audits as directed by Sustainability Cell
Ensure accident free operations/ Maintenance and ensure compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements
Identify best safety practices and train the people to adopt the practices
