Coordinate with the key department head for understanding the requirement and for skill requirements.
Screen resumes and job application forms.
Help to structure the job description.
After initial screening share the required details along with the resume to the technical head
Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
• Ability to manages new employee relocation that determines new employee requirements and arranges temporary housing.
scheduling the interviews with the technical head and HR head for further execution
Be active with online job boards, social media networks
and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.

• Initiate the process for background verification of the finalized candidates
