We are seeking candidates for QA department at our plant location, refer below details -
Designation Officer/ Sr. Officer (QA)
Qualification - BSC/MSC
Location - Saykha
Experience required - 3 to 8 years. in Pharma API
Manufacturing Unit in QA Dept.
Knowledge of:
1. To ensure GMP compliance at Site.
2. Distribution, control, review, storage & destruction of records. E.g. Specification, test procedure, production records, & other department records.
3. To approve, ensure, manage, facilitate and control of:
• Internal Quality Audits and Self Inspection
• Training Procedures
• Periodic Quality trends and respective CAPA's implementation
• Deviations / Change controls/Complaint investigations.
• Equipment/Instruments/Facility qualifications and
Process & Cleaning validation
• Retention of records
4. Handling of product complains, deviation & change control
5. Verification of packing, dispatch activity and release of finished products
6. Preparation & to maintain distribution, control, storage & destruction of records. E.g. Specification, test procedure, production records, Q.C. records.
7.On job training to subordinate.

8.Identification and control of changes & Deviation through Change Control Form (CCF) & Deviation from respectively applicable to various functions of the plant that affects the final quality and efficacy of the drug product..
9.Report to Dept. Heads regarding any deviation occur and take necessary corrective and preventive action and record it.
10.Monitoring of Calibration and Preventive maintenance schedule and ensuring that calibration and maintenance are conducted as per the schedule.
12. To give training regarding QA function & GMP related function to all new employees joined in any department. To monitor all activity regarding legal quality & quality management system
13.Responsibility of Batch release.
14.Review of Analytical Method Validation.
15.Review of SOP.
16. Responsible for validation activity.
17.Responsible for stability related work.
