Asst.Manager-Operations & Maintenance
Production
RAJPUR Location-Plant based at Ahmedabad Mehsana Highway.
B.E Chemical Engineer
5 to 10 Years Experienced-MCA(Monochloride Acid) Product.
Chemical Industry MCA (Monochloride Acid) Product Knowledge ONLY.
Roles & Responsibility- KRA/KPI

Preferred Behavioural Traits
Statistically knowledge of Raw materials required to process the Batch.
Production/Planning & Controls of the Batch as per order book.
3 Batch Cycle to define as per batch process.
Calculation of the running Batch DATA of the product against Raw Material required & present to the Plant Head.
Handling Plant Operations of the running Batch.
Handling Plant Manufacturing production output with Databasesheet.
7 Keen knowledge of Maintenance break down & PPM.
Managing properly Finished Goods with Dispatch derance
9 Oversee Manpower Placement per Shiftwise.
Duty Roaster of the Plant & leaves to the staff on routine basis
Maintenance of the Plant to Maintenance Dept-Follow-up. DATA Sheet/Log Sheet of the Manufacturing Batch product
Turn over Target to be achieved based on KPI/KRA which will reflect on PMS.
Finished goods clearance for the Dispatch from his end.
Leadership Qualities
3 Can handle the Flow of the Operations & Reporting to the Plant Head & Director on day to day basis.
