Position: Manager/Sr. - Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 10+ years

Profile:
• Financial reporting (Listed Entity) - India and foreign subsidiaries
(standalone & consolidation) (Ind AS, USGAAP) on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Direct taxes - Tax audit, ITR and transfer pricing and IT assessment
• Foreign subsidiaries tax and Regulatory compliances- USA and Europe
• Other compliances- RBI, ROC, Cost Audit, FEMA, Companies Act, SEZ, DGFT etc.
