Available Positions:
1. Microbiology - Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc
Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and record the temperature, differential pressure, relative humidity (RH), and environmental conditions in the aseptic area of the microbiology testing area.
• Manage stock of dehydrated culture media, prepared media plates, and test tubes.
• Perform sterility testing of finished products, sterile raw materials, and validation samples.
• Conduct Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET) on various samples, including WFI, sterile raw materials, and finished injection samples.
• Carry out microbiological analysis, including microbiological limit testing (MLT) of raw materials, finished products, and validation samples.
• Perform water sampling and analysis according to the sampling schedule.
• Operate instruments such as the autoclave (for media sterilization and destruction), pH meter, weighing balance, incubators, heating block, zone reader, and microscope. Prepare microbiological culture media for various microbial analyses.
• Participate in various validation and qualification activities, such as for autoclaves, incubators, and refrigerators.
• To Perform method validation or sterility & BET test.
2. Sr. Officer / Officer (HPLC) - Quality Control
Qualification: M.Sc / B Pharma
Experience: 2 to 4 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer apparatus, and ICP-MS.
• Knowledge of method validation activities.
• Ability to operate IR, LPC, UV, and TOC instruments.
• Experience in chemical analysis as per FP and IP standards.
• Working knowledge of GLP, cGMP, QMS, 21 CFR, ALCOA+ principles for data integrity, and ICH guidelines.
