- Knowledge of troubleshooting pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, steam/vacuum systems, and control valves.
- Support operations: distillation, evaporation, drying, flaking, cooling towers, batch reactors, and continuous plants.
- Proactive troubleshooting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Assist in resolving process deviations, equipment issues, and optimization studies.
- Prepare and review SOPs and work instructions.
- Ensure GMP compliance, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
- Adhere to plant safety rules, PPE, and permit systems; assist in audits and risk assessments.
- Exposure to shift operations.
