IPCA Laboratories Limited is hiring experienced professionals and freshers for its WHO, MHRA, and USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API manufacturing plant located at Pologround, Indore.

Leading Electrical & Instrumentation team, managing transformers and panels, utilities like DG sets, calibration of instruments & sensors, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring safe & reliable plant operations. |
| Powder Processing (API) | Sr. Executive / Officer | UG / PG (Relevant Field) Min. Experience: 5 Years |
Overseeing physical shop floor activities including milling, shifting, micronization, cGMP compliance, deviation handling, CAPA, change controls, and documentation updates in Trackwise. |
| Production (API) | Technician | UG / PG (Relevant Field) Min. Experience: 2 Years |
Shift operations, batch charging, documentation, safety compliance, and hands-on operation of Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, and RCVDs. |
| EHS (API) | Officer / Technician | UG / PG in Environment Min. Experience: 3 Years |
Environmental monitoring, ZLD system improvements, ETP & MEE supervision, hazardous waste management, sludge disposal, safety monitoring, and audit support. |
| HR | Apprentice (Male Freshers Only) | MBA / MSW in HR 2024 or 2025 Pass Out |
Supporting HR generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning end-to-end apprenticeship processes. |
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have prior working experience in WHO, MHRA, or USFDA approved Pharmaceutical API plants.
