Job Overview
Position: Executive / Officer – F&D OSD (Tech Transfer)
Required Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 3–8 Years
Role & Responsibilities – Tech Transfer
- Conduct literature and patent search including Para I, II, III, IV and NCE-1 projects.
- Develop non-infringing formula and manufacturing processes as per regulatory guidelines.
- Formulation development strategies, pre-formulation studies and prototype batch manufacturing.
- Optimize batches using DOE and OFAT as per FDA QBD guideline.
- Prepare laboratory and pivotal batches for stability and bioequivalence studies.
- Analyze and review analytical data and propose specifications for raw materials and finished products.
- Plan exhibit batches and prepare documents like BMR, BPR and development reports.
- Respond to FDA deficiencies with proper justification.
- Hands-on experience on RMG, fluid bed processor, coating machine, roller compactor, soft gel equipment, HME etc.
- Site transfer activities including dossier review and execution of product batches.
- Experience in formulation development, machine qualification and cost-effective excipient selection.
- Prepare technical documents such as MFR, MPR, protocols and reports.
- Troubleshoot OOS/OOT results and support process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.

Second Position Details
Position: Executive / Officer – F&D OSD (Pellets)
Required Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 3–8 Years
Role & Responsibilities – Pellets
- Formulation Development Support: Assist formulation development of pellet dosage forms under F&D Lead guidance.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to optimize formulation prototypes.
- Perform characterization studies including particle size analysis, dissolution testing and stability studies.
- Document experimental data accurately in notebooks and reports.
- Process Optimization: Support process optimization and technology transfers for pellet formulations.
- Assist development of scalable and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout development.
- Assist preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions including dossiers and development reports.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and implementation.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA).
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Support project plans and schedules aligned with milestones.
- Strong understanding of solid oral dosage forms and formulation principles.
