1) QMS (Exp: 5 to 8 Years) – Officer to Sr. Executive
Handling of CCF, OOS, OOT, risk assessment reports, deviation, PV, CV and equipment qualification etc.
2) Process Engineer (Exp: 8 to 10 Years) – Officer to Sr. Executive
Preparing mass & heat balance, utility calculations & product costing. Development of PFD, P&ID & Design Basis preparation. Technology transfer from R&D to Pilot to plant for commercialization.
3) Manufacturing (Exp: 6 to 10 Years) – Officer to Sr. Executive
Handling batch production, specific cryogenic reactions as per regulatory requirements. Coordination with service departments to ensure smooth plant operations on round-the-clock basis.
Department: Quality Control
1) GLP (Exp: 6 to 8 Years) – Executive
Daily calibration/verification of instruments, WS/Column/RS/IMP management.
2) Analyst (Exp: 2 to 5 Years) – Officer to Executive
RM/PM/In-Process Testing, Intermediate and FG Testing and Stability Analysis, AMV.
Department: Research & Development
1) Synthesis (Exp: 3 to 8 Years) – Officer to Executive
Literature search, ROS finalization, synthesis of molecule, day-to-day reaction handling.
2) ADL (Exp: 3 to 8 Years) – Officer to Executive
Perform method development and validation using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, GCMS, LCMS and conduct routine analysis of API, intermediates and finished products.
Department: EHS
EHS Professional (Exp: 8 to 10 Years) – Officer to Executive
Monitor and manage general requirements of EHS during shifts with statutory and company standards. Control and monitor UA, UC and WPS during shifts & initiate CAPA. Monitor day-to-day operations of ETP and MEE at ZLD plant.
