Job Description
- L&D Specialist to drive capability building across the organization.
- Designing behavioral, functional and technical training programs.
- Facilitating workshops including soft skills and managerial training.
- Designing and managing the company training calendar.
- End-to-end program management including Young Talent and Leadership programs.
- Supporting key Learning & Organization Development initiatives.
- Driving Skillsoft, E-learning and Gyaansagar initiatives.
- LMS implementation and creating Learning & OD dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Learning & Development.
- Capability building and leadership development expertise.
- Training program design and facilitation.
- LMS implementation and digital learning tools.
- Experience managing organizational learning initiatives.
