Job Description: The role involves participating in validation activities, maintaining premises, equipment, and records, and properly filling documents like BPR, ECR, and logbooks. It includes ensuring equipment maintenance, checking raw materials before production, and ensuring batch production as per schedule. Candidate must follow cGMP guidelines, maintain process parameters, ensure hygiene, understand SOPs/BPRs, and verify calibration of instruments before use.

Role: Shift Leader Process
- Position: 5 Plus
- Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical)
- Experience: More than 6+ Years
Job Description: Responsible for ensuring production batches as per schedule, managing raw materials, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and cGMP. Includes document preparation, reviewing change controls, deviations, risk assessments, validation activities, and handling SAP-related work. Also involves investigation of deviations, equipment qualification, process improvement, and staff training.
