Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Plant HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment & onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievance management & disciplinary actions
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws)
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee contract labour management and vendor coordination
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure audit readiness
- Support plant leadership in productivity and workforce optimization
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance
- Experience in manufacturing / plant setup environment
- Leadership and team handling capability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
