Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-level scientific research and product development activities.
- Manage R&D projects including feasibility studies, process optimization, and technology transfer.
- Identify and implement new scientific technologies and innovative approaches.
- Design and supervise advanced experiments with high reproducibility.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for product lifecycle management.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, patents, and regulatory filings.
- Guide and mentor junior scientists and research associates.
- Ensure adherence to GLP/GMP safety standards and proper documentation.
- Work on analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, and NMR.
- Coordinate technology transfer activities for commercial manufacturing.

Qualification & Experience
- Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Specialty Chemicals R&D
- Experience in technology transfer, scale-up, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory software, LIMS, and Microsoft Office Suite
