Walk-In Interview Details

1. Sr. Executive - Production (Chemical & Polymer)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% throughout academics.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Chemical, Specialty Chemical, or Batch Polymer Plants.
Required Skills:
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals as Shift In-Charge.
- Knowledge of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, etc.
- Exposure to safety systems and process norms.
- Minimum 2 years of independent DCS operation experience.

2. Shift Incharge - Captive Power Plant
Qualification Option 1: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + BOE Certification.
Experience: 12 to 15 years in CPP, Thermal Plant, or Coal-Based Plant with CFBC Boiler experience.
Qualification Option 2: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering + BOE Certification.
Experience: 6 to 8 years in CPP, Thermal Plant, or Coal-Based Plant with CFBC Boiler experience.
Required Skills:
- Operation of Captive Power Plant.
- Start-up and shutdown of CFBC Boiler.
- Cold and Hot start-up of Steam Turbine through DCS systems.
- Shift handling and power generation management.
- Planning jobs and allocation of JE, Technicians, and contract labor.
- Planning of raw materials and consumables.
- Ensuring plant operation within safety standards and procedures.
3. Jr. Engineer / Technician - Mechanical (Captive Power Plant)
Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in Power Plant Maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Power Plants.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM).
- Breakdown Maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of various equipment.
