Description: 

He will be responsible for general shift plant operation and will work as a second line of the plant & the candidate must have the experience & proven track record of working in a production department of a chemical / agrochemical company.

Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.

Knowledge of continuous as well as batch mode operation plant.

DCS knowledge is must.

Maintain a clean and safe plant as per SHE policies

Establish and direct plant policies and procedures ( SOP )

Monitoring plant production goals and savings targets ( KFA)

Establish and maintain a positive relationship with engineering , quality departments.

Promote a well-trained and motivated staff.

Communicate with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and logistics.

Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules as per weekly target

Monitor quality of Performance dialogue

Support & implement action points on technical audit / QMS/ IMS audit

Conduct employee performance reviews.

Schedule and conduct plant meetings.

Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.

Support 5S , Kaizen & Poka Yoke initiative

Induction for new joinee in organisation
