Create Purchase Order and Track the Shipment.
> Vendor Development.
➤ Inventory Management
➤Billing the domestic and export documentation
Loading vehicle and create billing document by QAD & WMS ➤ Prepare various report like Daily dispatch report, TAT Report,
tracking report, vehicle utilization report Etc.
➤ Manage various report like ageing report stock report dispatch review etc.
➤ Prepare Dispatch Planning Track the vehicle and reported to Manager.
➤ Transporter bill tracking and updating. ➤ Arrange vehicle and handover to warehouse team to Load.
➤ Prepare dispatch schedule.
➤ Co-ordinate to transporter and marketing team for timely placement of vehicle.
