Job description
• Manage the routine utility operation by effective utilization of resources (Man and
Material). Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility
equipment. Attend to breakdowns and ensure that there is always a rapid response and that plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized. Always endeavors to reduce downtime of equipment.
Maintain daily utility report and ensure that equipment history is updated from time to time.

Spares/Utility Consumable stock monitoring and maintaining the critical spare stocks. The major working experience required on equipment like chillers(Water, oil and
Brine), Hot water, Air Compressors, Cooling tower,, Nitrogen Plant (PSA unit).
