What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

1- DCS/MES basic understanding and operations.
2- Norma based /Group based efficiency calculation and declaration of breakdown in maintwiz.
3- Driving manufacturing excellence TRACC among his shift. Conduction SBT in shifts and optimization of shift working team.
4- Ensuring timely delivery of NI / Export Orders of AMC.
5- Ensuring base transfer compliance with close monitoring with Plant OPC(Unicorn)team.
6- Driving BSC and BBS safety standard on shop floor during shift.
7- Reporting of Unsafe condition, SUSA, HARP in i-safe (EHS Portal) and taking closer follow-up with relevant stakeholder.
8- Tracking and monitoring of KPI indicator, analysis of KPI where performance is poor and preparation of action plan.
9- Implementation of APQS guideline on shop floor.
10- Packing and commodity rules compliance at shop floor and analysis of same.
Things to be added considering new plant
1- 100 % process running with the help of MES.
2- OCR camera teaching to prevent wrong declaration.
3- Analysis of MES Cycle time and material addition accuracy reports to achieve equipment target OAE and variance control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Required : 1 to 3 yrs.
Qualification Required : B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry.
Candidate below the age of 26yrs can apply.
Candidate must have minimum 50% in all qualification.
