Available Positions
1. Production - Field Executive
Location: Dahej, Vadodara
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 3 to 6 years’ experience in Hydrogenation Process of Chemical manufacturing plant.
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of hydrogenation reactions (catalysts, reaction kinetics, temperature/pressure control)
- Knowledge of unit operations: Reactors, heat exchangers, condensers, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, filters
- Operation of hydrogen handling systems: Compressors, hydrogen storage, PSA units
- Understanding of safety systems: LEL detectors, emergency vents, N2 blanketing, inerting procedures
- Batch and continuous plant operation knowledge
2. Engineering - Senior Executive (Instrumentation)
Location: Dahej, Vadodara
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Instrumentation Engineering & Control with 3 to 6 years’ experience in Chemical or Petrochemical manufacturing plant.
Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson)
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Process instrumentation and control loops
- DCS/PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Control valves and analyzers
- Hazardous area instrumentation
- Familiarity with P&IDs, loop diagrams, and interlocks
- Calibration tools and testing equipment
