Maintenance Planner (Assistant Manager) – NFIL Dahej
Navin Fluorine International Limited (NFIL) is hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner (Assistant Manager) for its Dahej chemical manufacturing facility in Gujarat. This role focuses on planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant equipment to achieve high reliability and minimum downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis for repeated equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and coordinate all shutdown activities, including job planning, resource scheduling, and material readiness to meet timelines.
- Track safety leading indicators, unsafe conditions, unsafe incidents, and industrial incidents, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards.
- Maintain and manage critical spare parts inventory, ensuring availability, proper storage, and timely replenishment for all key equipment.
- Track CapEx projects from creation to execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are properly monitored and controlled.
- Create and track maintenance work orders, PRs/POs in SAP, and maintain all IMS and maintenance documentation as per company procedures.
- Generate monthly Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS reports for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with contractors for erection, commissioning, and campaign changeovers, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all activities.

Qualification
- BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory for this role.
Experience Required
- 8–10 years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant environment.
- Preferred experience in Dahej or similar large-scale chemical manufacturing facilities with exposure to continuous process plants.
