Brief Job Description
1) Hands on work experience of in mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology areas. Hands on experience on generation of stable cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production is required. 2) Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch study, cell bank preparation and characterization is preferred. 3) Well versed with molecular biology techniques including vector preparation, characterization, cloning etc. 4) Candidate is expected to work as per SOP, design experiments/trouble shoot any arising problems. To maintain proper experimental documentation records in ELN specific formats.
1) To design and implement integrated strategies, linking appropriate analytical tools, to perform a qualitative and quantitative assessment of product related variants and impurities.

2) Develop & qualify HPLC based methods such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, CEX-HPLC for in-process sample analysis.
3) Responsible for designing advance workflows to measure & characterize process related impurities at different stages of product development such as Host cell protein (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD) & Leachable.
2-8 years
1)To develop & qualify HPLC/CE/CD based methods for protein and peptide products characterization. 2) Preparation & review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical tests procedures (ATPs) 3) Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations 4) To manage chemicals, consumables & critical reagents inventory. Performs calibration of instruments and equipment. Troubleshoots instrument performance and equipment issues
