1- Mechanical Engineers- Having more than 12 years of experience in Boiler, Turbine & BOP area of
Thermal Power plant to function as Section head/Department Head.
2- Electrical Engineers- Having more than 12 years of Operation & Maintenance experience in Switchyard & Generator domain.
3- Mechanical Engineers- Having more than 7 years of experience in Maintenance planning/Operations
Efficiency role in Thermal Power plant.
4- Any Engineering Graduate-Having more than 10 years of experience with Coal -Operation, Logistics and Coal Quality field.
5. Any Engineering + MBA/PGDBM-Having more than 4 years exposure with Regulatory Commercial &
Billing knowledge in Power Industry.
6- Environment Engineers- Having more than 3 years exposure with ESG-Sustainability domain knowledge in Power Industry.
7- Commercial Controller- CA-MBA Finance Professionals with minimum 15 years of experience in
Commercial-Regulatory Data Analytics exposure in commercial controller role.
8- Finance-CA/CS/MBA Professionals- more than 4 years of Post Qualification working knowledge with Banking-Treasury/Taxation/Company Secretary Role in Corporate domain.
9- Mechanical Engineers- Having more than 10 years of experience with Techno Commercial activities-
Buyer/Contact for Service commodity.
10 Postgraduates in HR- Professionals with more than 15 experience in Talent Management, PMS, HR Operations.
11- Data Analytics professionals with Minimum 15 years of experience in similar domain knowledge.
