BANCO is one of the leading manufacturers of auto components products in India with state of art manufacturing units situated near Village: Bhail Gujarat, Ankhi - Gujarat, Jamshedpur-Jharkhand and Synefra SEZ-Waghodia-Gujarat.

(1) ENGINEER PRODUCTION (RA CRIMPING)
Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical or Automobile with 6 to 8 years of experience in handling assembly lines, Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka Yoke and can lead a team of 80-100 Contract Workers/Technicians.
(2) ENGINEER PRODUCTION Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Mechanical or Automobile with 6 to 8 years of experience in handling labour intensive units and must have experience in working with SPM machines. Manufacturing units preferably automotive, heavy duty machine manufacturing and assembly having knowledge of lean operations.
(3) ENGINEER-PRODUCTION (ROBOTIC WELDING) Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical or Automobile with 6 to 8 years of experience in working on robots, able to do programming, understanding of welding process and handling a team with basic understanding of jigs fixtures and production engineering.
(4) ENGINEER-PRODUCTION (POWDER COATING)
Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical or Automobile with 5 to 6 years of
experience in Pre Treatment Process, Powder Coating. Liquid Painting.
must be able to handle a team of 50+Contract Workers/Technicians.
5) ENGINEER-PRODUCTION (INJECTION MOULDING)
( ( Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Plastic with 5 to 6 years of experience in Injection Moulding Process, Must have knowledge of Engineering materials.
6) ENGINEER-TOOLING Certified Indo German Tool Room/ NTTF (Nettur Technical Training
Foundation) with 5 to 6 years of experience in understanding of tooling and Production engineering of stamped parts like Electrical lugs Aluminium, Copper, etc. Handling a team of 30 to 40 Contract Workers/Technicians.
(7) ENGINEER-PRODUCTION (PRESS SHOP) Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Mechanical or Automobile with 5 to 6 years
experience in Press Shop operations. (
8) ENGINEER-PPC (PRODUCTION, PLANNING & CONTROL)
Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile with 5 to 6 years experience in manufacturing units preferably automotive, Must have knowledge of SAP, PP&MM module.
(9) ROBOTICS OPERATORS ITI/Diploma-Mechanical / Automobile with 2 to 5 years of experience in
