Position Title: Frontline Engineer - CPVC Operations
Location: Vilayat, Bharuch, Gujarat
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Chemical
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Job Description:
1.To assist Section Heads for smooth and safe operation of the plant by coordinating with plant engineers of CPVC Resin Plant:
Evaluate and finalize timely finalization of process equipment's in coordination with engineering departments Smooth commissioning of equipment's. Prepare and implement the SOPs of various processes Timely and smooth startup of the plant.
2. To assist Section Heads for daily activities of the plant in coordination with different service engineering departments:
Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization. Critically reviewand analyze reasons for various Plant Performance Ensure set operation parameters and consumption norms. Monitoring plant performance and critical process parameters on day-to-day basis.
3. To assist Section Heads for Planning for the plant shutdown, execution of shutdown jobs, procurement of materials through, inventory control, warehouse management
are part of the responsibilities:
Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed Facilitate maintenance department to carry out all scheduled maintenance activities in the department.
4. To assist Section Head for Monitor the progress of projects and de-bottlenecking the critical areas:
To ensure accident free operations and ensure compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements Monitor implementation of safety systems To ensure operation ability of safety systems and procedures.
5.Safety & ISO Documentation:
Ensure implementation of IMS & WCM practices & other systems in the plant Review audit reports and plan for improvement.
