Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Chemical
Experience: 12 to 15 Years
Job Description:
Project and Operations: 1.Plan for the pre-commissioning & Commissioning
activities. 2.Communicate with the SI/DCS engineers for the execution 3.Prepare the SOP as per Operating manual for the training and the plant operation. 4. Raise the process requirements & co-ordinates with the purchase team during the Project Commissioning.5.Plantanalysis & reports to review on daily basis & take action accordingly. 6. Review utility & ETP reports on daily basis and plant for the maintenance to avoid production loss. 7. Timely arrange for RM and others consumables items in the plant. 8. Ensure proper and timely dispatches of the waste solid and liquid in coordination with the team. 9. Proper co-ordination with the maintenance team to avoid equipment breakdown during the operation.
Product Quality: 1. Monitor & Maintain process quality parameters. 2. Control parameters to optimize consumption of chemicals.
Plant Performance: 1.Support in implementation of maintenance activities
(in coordination with engineering) to ensure minimum losses 2.Follow Standard Operating Procedures for maximum efficiency and less damage 3.Check & inform breakdown failures, shutdown losses, etc. to maintenance department
Operational efficiency & Continuous Improvement: 1.Apply different
problem solving tools to reduce the breakdowns 2.Check process parameter deviations 3.Debottleneck and follow SOPs to avoid any damages 4.Manage the shift activities and prepare daily reports
System Management (Safety, Sustainability & ISO): 1.Adhere to safety norms &safe operational procedures 2.Adhere to OHSAS & SA 8000& ISO and sustainability norms 3. Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine
