Qualification: B.sc/M.sc
Experience: 3 to 5 Year
Job Responsibilities
To check the documentation regarding all quality control activities.
Responsible for checking & verifying the calibration of instrument and equipment as per schedule like FTIR, HPLC and UV-Visible.
Responsible for preparation of STP's, Specification (new, up gradation & renewal) related to bulk & finished products
Responsible for reviewing all the specification and method of analysis periodically & keep them up to date.
Responsible for review the HPLC Method, Chromatograph with Tailing, Theoretical Plate & Peak shape.
Responsible for review the HPLC sequence with methods
Responsible for Audit Trial with sample set.
Responsible for reviewing the outside lab report for correctness.
Responsible for Investigation and verification of OOS/OOT/OOC.
Prepare and review all new instruments IQ, OQ & PQ for HPLC.
Pre-Investigation of OOS/OOC/OOT & Lab. Incidence data for QC.
Responsible for ensuring Safety in quality control.
