Bharat Group is looking for experienced professionals to join its Research & Development Department at Dahej, Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong chemistry backgrounds and experience in synthesis, analytical development, and product scale-up in the agrochemical industry.

Position: R&D – Chemist / Officer
- Strong background in chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in product development.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to process scale-up and lab-scale trials.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques: HPLC, GC, and wet analysis (titration, etc.).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in R&D – Synthesis & ADL.

Candidate Profile:
Applicants should have practical experience working in R&D laboratories, handling analytical instruments, and developing formulations for agrochemical or chemical products. Knowledge of Synthesis and ADL is a must.
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline. Candidates with exposure to analytical method development and scale-up will be preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant industrial experience in R&D – Synthesis / ADL / Analytical Chemistry.
