Operation & Maintenance of Utility Systems
- Boiler operation and maintenance
- HAG (Hot Air Generator)
- TFH (Thermic Fluid Heater)
- Scrubber systems
- Coal handling system including conveyor, crusher and vibro screen
- Brine refrigeration system
- CHW (Chilled Water) refrigeration system
- Cooling tower operation
- Air compressor
- Nitrogen plant
- Air dryer
- RO / DM / soft water system
- Daily monitoring of all utility equipment
- Execution of preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance
- Troubleshooting to reduce breakdowns and downtime
- Coordination with production and safety teams for smooth plant operations
- Preparation and updating of logbooks, checklists and utility reports
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety compliance
- Support for internal and external audits and inspections
- Strong technical knowledge of utility systems in chemical / agrochemical plants
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of boilers, refrigeration, water systems and compressors
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Good understanding of chemical plant safety standards and statutory compliance
