👉 Job Responsibilities:
Operation & Maintenance of Utility Systems:
- Boiler
- HAG (Hot Air Generator)
- TFH (Thermic Fluid Heater)
- Scrubber systems
- Coal Handling System – Conveyor, Crusher, Vibro Screen
- Brine Refrigeration System
- CHW (Chilled Water) Refrigeration System
- Cooling Tower
- Air Compressor
- Nitrogen Plant
- Air Dryer
- RO / DM / Soft Water System
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Daily monitoring of utility equipment
- Preventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance
- Troubleshooting & reducing downtime
- Coordination with production & safety teams
Compliance & Documentation:
- Logbooks, checklists & utility reports
- Ensuring SOP & safety compliance
- Supporting audits
This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining utility equipment such as boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration systems, air compressors, etc. Key responsibilities include minimizing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.
