Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update safety standards, guidelines, procedures, and training modules.
- Achieve deliverables of network steering teams and sub-committees.
- Participate in internal and external safety audits.
- Support plant safety audits and ensure statutory compliance.
- Conduct safety observations as per defined targets.
- Analyze safety observations and implement corrective actions.
- Support risk management activities including hazard analysis and incident investigations.
- Deliver safety training to improve workforce competency.
- Participate in external industry forums and professional safety bodies.
- Plan and conduct safety awareness and promotion programs.
Education Qualification
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Chemistry).
Preferred:
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
- Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or Science.
- Recognized expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
Experience Requirement
- 5 to 10 years of experience in process industry operations or maintenance.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on HSE experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HSE assurance implementation (preferred).
