1. Stopper & Seal Processing
- Designation: Operator / Technician / Officer
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect/Instr) / B.Sc or B.Tech preferred
- Key Skills: Lead alignment, review P&IDs and interlocks during FAT, drive troubleshooting, optimize parameters, support qualification testing, sampling, data review, and coordination.
2. Cartridge Washing Machine
- Designation: Operator / Technician / Officer
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect/Instr) / B.Sc or B.Tech preferred
- Key Skills: Lead alignment, review P&IDs and interlocks during FAT, troubleshoot and optimize parameters, support qualification testing, sampling, data review, and maintenance.
3. Autoclave
- Designation: Operator / Technician / Officer
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect/Instr) / B.Sc or B.Tech preferred
- Key Skills: Operate and qualify sterilization equipment, support FAT/SAT, troubleshoot processes, ensure GMP compliance, reliable routine production, documentation, and maintenance coordination activities.
4. Filling Machine with Isolator (Cartridge & PFS)
- Designation: Operator / Technician / Officer
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect/Instr) / B.Sc or B.Tech preferred
- Key Skills: Operate and qualify isolator filling equipment, support FAT/SAT, optimize aseptic processes, ensure GMP compliance, reliable sterile production, documentation, and maintenance coordination.
5. Manufacturing & Filtration Process
- Designation: Operator / Technician / Officer
- Experience: 7+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma (Mech/Elect/Instr) / B.Sc or B.Tech preferred
- Key Skills: Operate and qualify sterile mixing and filtration equipment, support FAT/SAT, optimize processes, ensure GMP compliance, reliable production, documentation, and maintenance coordination.
