Position: Sr Manager – Operational Excellence (TPM)

Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech – Chemical / Mechanical / Other relevant Engineering discipline or M.Tech – MBA

Experience

5–10 years in Operational Excellence, preferably in manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead TPM deployment across all functions as per the site roadmap.
  • Facilitate improvement projects using OPE gap analysis, track progress, and drive timely execution.
  • Monitor the master plan, highlight risks, and ensure structured reviews at pillar and unit head levels.
  • Drive FI and Lean initiatives delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and process lead-time improvements.
  • Build capability through trainings (TPM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, QC tools) and support talent development with TTC.
