Department: Engineering Injectable

Job Description

1. Process Maintenance (E2 / E3)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech

Hands-on experience with injectable equipment (Vial & PFS filling lines, Isolators, Lyophilizers, Steam Sterilizers) and ability to lead a team of 5–10 members.
Execute and review documentation, validation, QMS, Change Controls, Investigations & CAPA; ensure timely closure of assigned QMS tasks.
Analyze breakdowns and manage SAP preventive maintenance.
Maintain and procure critical spares; focus on innovation and reverse engineering.
Coordinate with vendors for indigenous spares and maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement for process efficiency, capacity, and energy savings.
Ensure cGMP, quality, and audit readiness (USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, TGA).
Prepare and monitor engineering budgets and CAPEX.
Ensure safety compliance and legal requirements for environment, licensing, and workplace safety.

2. Process Maintenance (EA / E0 / E1)

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering

Hands-on experience with injectable equipment (Vial & PFS filling lines, Isolators, Lyophilizers, Steam Sterilizers) and ability to attend breakdowns.
Analyze breakdown notifications and support timely resolution.
Execute and review departmental documentation, QMS, and validation activities.
Plan and complete SAP preventive maintenance on time.
Maintain and procure critical spare parts.
Coordinate with vendors for indigenous spares and maintenance work.
Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, energy conservation, and capacity enhancement.
Ensure timely closure of assigned QMS tasks.
Ensure GMP and quality system compliance.
Exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, TGA).
Ensure safety compliance for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Comply with legal requirements related to safety, environment, and licensing.
