- Project Manager: BE/DCE-Civil with 20+ years experience in RCC buildings and industrial construction.
- Assistant Project Manager: BE/DCE-Civil with 16–20 years experience.
- Resident Engineer: BE/DCE-Civil with 12–16 years experience.
- Senior Engineer: BE/DCE-Civil with 10–12 years experience.
- Site Engineer / Jr. Engineer: BE/DCE-Civil with 3–10 years experience.
- Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Billing: BE/DCE-Civil with 4–12 years experience.
- Senior Engineer / Engineer – Quality: BE/DCE-Civil with 3–12 years experience.
- Site Supervisor / Foreman (Shuttering & Reinforcement): HSC/Graduate/ITI with 10–15 years experience.
- Site Supervisor / Foreman – Civil / Finishing: HSC/Graduate/ITI with 10–14 years experience.
- Land Surveyor: ITI with 5–15 years experience, AutoCAD & Total Station knowledge required.

- Lead / Executive – Safety (EHS Project): Engineering degree/diploma with ADIS preferred, 10–15 years experience.
- Officer – Safety (EHS Project): Engineering degree/diploma with ADIS preferred, 5–10 years experience.
