Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-arrangement of batch processing accurately as per Batch Production Record (BPR).
- Ensure continuous production without abstraction.
- Take charge of production area and verify process & raw materials compliance with BPR.
- Safe handling of hazardous raw materials and strict adherence to safety norms.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
- 1 – 5 years relevant experience in API / Intermediate industry
- Proven expertise in production operations

Job Summary:
The Executive in Production Operations is responsible for the precise execution of batch processes in the API/Intermediate manufacturing area. This role requires hands-on experience in complex chemical operations, equipment handling, strict adherence to safety and GMP norms, and fundamental process analysis like Mass and Energy Balance calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the pre-arrangement of batch processing accurately as per the Batch Production Record (BPR) to ensure continuous production without any abstraction.
Take charge of the production area, verifying the process, raw materials, and confirming compliance with the BPR.
Safe handling of HAZARDOUS raw materials and ensure adherence to safety norms.
