Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Skills Required:
- BMR, BPR and SOP preparation
- Change Control Management
- Deviation Management
- Quality Risk Assessment
- Audit readiness and compliance
- Coordination with cross functional team
- Line clearance and logbook entry

Engineering Department (Mechanical)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Skills / Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare engineering QMS documentation
- Maintain entries and records in logbooks and SOP annexures
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for plant and utility equipment
- Perform equipment qualification, HVAC and validation activities
- Area mapping and breakdown maintenance
- Audit compliance and GMP documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC and PMC activities
- Monitor utility equipment operation logbooks
- Ensure cGMP compliance as per WHO and Europe/US guidelines
- Prepare URS for new utilities and equipment
- Support new projects and plant modifications
- Prepare engineering QMS documents with QA department
- Maintain calibration records and preventive maintenance records
Electrical / Instrumentation Department
Position: Electrician / Sr. Electrician / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical / Instrumentation
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Skills / Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance of process equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Maintenance of DG Set, Transformer, HT/LT Panels
- Power distribution system and UPS maintenance
- Record energy and utility consumption data
- Electrical wiring, cabling and switchgear installation
- Maintain DG operation during power failure
- Coordinate with UGVCL for power supply issues
- Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Maintain electrical spare inventory
- Ensure cGMP compliance as per WHO and Europe/US guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC and PMC activities
- Support plant expansion and modification projects
- Maintain earth pit system of plant
- Implement energy saving and cost saving initiatives
